Pets
Please leave unruly pets at home! Remember we are surrounded by livestock, which is often a huge temptation for even a well behaved dog to chase. Especially after they have become bored watching their masters fishing for 8 hours!

Spinning
Spinning is permissable from 15th February to 15th September inclusive. So don't bring all that gear when its no good to you!

Mobile telephones
Please be considerate with your mobile telephone on the river. Nothing ruins other peoples fishing more than intrusive ring tones - no matter how funky you think they are!

Portable Barbecues
Portable barbecues are an absolute no-no on the river bank as they leave unsightly burn marks. However you are more than welcome to use one at the prepared area around the fishing hut where they make a pleasant change to sandwiches - particularly on productive days!
