Tweedswood has a  catch average of 148.1 salmon over the last thirteen years.  The season is from 1st February to 30th November

Spring fishing starts in February and we have seen a good increase in catches through to June.  In the months of July and August, we have some great grilse and sea trout fishing.  Then through the months into the Autumn brings the most productive back-end salmon fishing.

Fishing is available Monday to Saturday between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on alternative beats (Upper and Lower) switching beats at 1pm.  In this way, anglers may enjoy fishing a great variety of different pools and streams.
